I've built a multi-tenant solution for two of my clients. For one of them, this solution meant a cost reduction in AWS bills of at least 50%. For the other one, it meant better data isolation that brought them closer to SOC2 compliance. Other features that derived from this new multi-tenant architecture were: - Data encryption where the customer is in charge. They can revoke access to their data at any time, as they control the encryption key - SSO/SAML authentication, each customer using their own external identity provider
