At Liantis, I was responsible for end-to-end payroll administration for a diverse client portfolio across multiple Joint Committees. My role included processing salaries, managing social documents (DIMONA, ASR, ECARO, WIDE/RSZ), advising clients on social legislation, and handling cases involving time credit, thematic leave, sick leave, and temporary unemployment. I also performed year-end closings, tax form preparation, and optimized payroll through expense allowances, benefits in kind, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, and company car policies. Additionally, I provided HR and administrative guidance to clients and ensured legally compliant and timely processing of all employee-related updates.
