EMEA GBS IT-Enablement program (delivered) - Responsible for all technical/functional IT streams in a GBS/BPO (HR/Finance) enablement project (Connectivity, Access, Third-party risk management, network consolidation/integration, ..) managing a team of PMs, specialists, service analysts, etc. ± 50 entities and their apps must be integrated into a VDI solution - Realm of Legacy ERP's in our domain integration into 3rd party service model - Project staffing and building a high-performing team to deliver all project requirements - Architecture and infrastructure design for new Greenfield manufacturing sites incorporating global standards into the architecture design - Stakeholder management and reporting on different levels - Onboarding global service providers and due diligence on their security - Work on a Solarwinds deployment to get our data platform into monitoring - Mera
