My experience in Human Resources (6 years employed and since 2005 as an independent contractor) comes from working in a variety of sectors and organizational structures. The combination of starting out as an HR Officer at the beginning of my career and learning all my HR skills on the job has given me valuable insights that have helped me grow into a professional and mature HR Business Partner. Through covering for HR colleagues on many levels (operational, tactical, strategic), but also through the involvement in projects (C&B, reorganizations, integrations, employee engagement, performance management) in mainly international business environments, I have been fortunate enough to constantly develop both my personal and professional skill set. Covering maternity leave seems to be my specialty :) From feedback I gather that my strengths are my flexibility, my calm and my capability to get to know an organization quickly and build relationships with internal and external partners.
