Project Manager / Product Owner Expert

● Simultaneously manage a complex IT migration project and a scrum team for the to-be migrated system. ● As Project Manager of this multimillion and multiyear migration project, I lead a remote team of approximately 20 IT professionals who work all over the world. Together we successfully migrated Essent’s old “render & output” system to the new (E.ON wide) system. This came with great challenges, both from a planning & budget perspective and from a solutions & quality perspective. ● During the migration we were able to not only implement the desired functionalities into the new system, but also to implement a fully automated testing solution with which we were able to test very high volumes of letters and emails and detect any data processing errors and/or layout issues (even on a pixel basis!). ● As the Product Owner of the existing team, I helped the organization to be able to keep implementing new business requirements while migrating the system.
