I have experience in designing and developing small and very complex solutions, multi-site, multi-locale, integrating all most common features like payment methods 9Stripe, Adyen, Wordpay, PayPal, ect.), shipping, tax calculation, address validation/verification, analytics and more.

I am a Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce (SFCC) Architect and Developer with over 18 years of professional experience in software and web development, including 14 years of specialization in Salesforce B2C Commerce. My expertise covers the full lifecycle of B2C eCommerce solution design, development, deployment and optimization, with a consistent focus on scalability, performance and security. Within Salesforce B2C Commerce, my experience spans Composable Storefront (Mobify), PWA Kit, Managed Runtime, followed by SFRA and SiteGenesis. I work extensively with OCAPI, SCAPI and SLAS, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, flexible, maintainable and extensible modular SFCC cartridges. I also define integration blueprints and produce architectural documentation to support high-quality delivery. I have led projects requiring integration of Salesforce B2C Commerce with Salesforce OMS, CRM, ERP, Service Cloud, Payment Gateways, Inventory (and Multi-Channel Inventory), Marketing and Analytics Platforms, Shipment integrations, Address validation and verification, Cross-border integrations (Global-e), and many others, as well as custom implementations such as Loyalty programs and RMA workflows, ensuring seamless operations across large-scale retail ecosystems.
