Backstory: During my career I noticed most companies I worked for, there was room for improvement. And customer focused was not evident in all areas. Engaged in ERP implementations, restruturing teams, SSC's and offshoring, made me realize the added value of good process and related applications (best-fit). And even more important, ensuring colleagues understand their contribution responsibility and ownership within business processes. Seeing colleagues struggle, burning time and frustrated annoyed me. Effecting working environment and output. Me being a bit lazy ;-) I instinctively made time to act on this. Take charge! Always positioning myself as a confident, dedicated and effective (cultural) transformation manager. I started to lean more on processes and less on people. Working smarter and not harder. Combined with my financial, strategical and operational background, I have a detailed understanding of required frameworks, ownership for stakeholders and steering information to run the business.
